Text message terms
What we text, how often, and how to make it stop. One reply ends it.

1. What these messages are
Fieldsworn site visit notifications. Insurance carriers engage us to collect photographs and measurements of properties they insure, and owners and tenants book move-in and move-out documentation visits with us directly. We text the people at the property about that visit: a link to schedule it, a reminder, a message on the day, when our field rep is on the way, and when they have arrived.
These messages are about one visit to your property. We never send marketing or promotional texts.
2. How you came to receive them
- Policyholders: your insurer gave us your number under the policy you hold with them, so we can tell you about the visit they asked for. We did not buy it and we do not add to it.
- Owners and tenants who book with us: you gave us your number when you booked.
3. How often
Message frequency varies with your visit. A typical visit is two to five texts, sent between 8am and 9pm. You will not hear from us once the visit is done unless another one is arranged.
4. Cost
Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan. We do not charge for these texts.
5. Stopping and help
- Reply STOP to any message to stop all texts from us. You will get one message confirming it, and nothing after that. STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END and QUIT work too.
- Reply START to opt back in.
- Reply HELP for help, or email info@fieldsworn.com.
Stopping texts does not stop a notice your insurer requires us to send by post or email, and does not cancel the visit itself. To change or decline the visit, use the link in your messages or contact your insurer.
6. Delivery
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
7. Your information
We use your number only to tell you about your visit. No mobile information or text-messaging consent is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Everything else about what we hold and why is in our privacy policy.
